The cracking furnace structure is a multi-layer frame structure, in which the body of the radiant section is 29.22 meters long and 19.145 meters high. It is composed of steel frame and wall panels, which are connected by welding and high-strength bolt connection. The total weight of the steel structure of the radiant section of a single furnace is about 120 tons, and the furnace plates of the radiant section of the 7 cracking furnaces in this project are 820 tons.
